After many months of planning and hard work, I am thrilled to announce Africa first cyber security blog. Our objective here is to constantly update Africans of latest cyber security incidents, events and also advice Africans on how to effectively position ourselves against cyber threats which is on the Increase.
Technology has changed African business landscape dramatically, from strategic decision making, to creating of new opportunities for innovative products and services, technology is now incorporated in most, if not all of business process. Internet usage has also seen tremendous increase within the African region. However, as more businesses continue to adopt technology in digitizing business processes and depend highly on internet, this also pose a great risk for African businesses.
Africa Cyber Security News blog intends using real world scenarios to explain every aspect of cyber security in Africa. This makes it easier for non technical individuals to easily understand the importance of cyber security, and why every individual and organizations needs to strengthen their cyber security posture to remain resilient against today's advance threats.
